小学英语学习中，关于“not” 的缩略形式是常考知识点，大部分学生在学习时经常会把缩略形式写错，不是忘记写缩略符号，就是写少字母或写多字母，很多孩子在学习时总是依靠死记硬背，记得吃力也容易出错，也许一部分细心且善于观察总结的孩子已经发现了其中的规律，否定缩略形式的记忆是有小技巧的。
否定的缩略形式记忆小技巧：把两个单词写在一起，然后把“not ”中的“o”改为缩写符号“ ' ”：
is not →isn't
are not→aren't
do not →don't
does not →doesn't
was not →wasn't
were not →weren't
did not →didn't
can not →can't (合写后有两个“n”，只写一个)
must not →mustn't
could not →couldn't
would not →wouldn't
需特殊记忆：will not →won't
注意：am not 没有缩略形式
